The people of Islamabad are rich. The city has the highest literacy rate of the country with 98%.

Islamabad is a bustling city with a rich cultural history. It has been the home of numerous religious figures, artists, writers, politicians, poets and thinkers. The weather in Islamabad is similar to that of the rest of the country, with a little more rainfall in the summer months.

Faisal Mosque is the famous place of the city. It was built by Saudi Arabia's king Faisal Mosque.

The Pakistan Monument, Monal, Margala Hills and Pindi point are the famous places of the city.

The National Art Gallery is largest museum in the country. It is also the only museum in Pakistan that displays paintings from the 17th century.
