Introduction

Exercises have been a part of our society for a long time. Back when we were growing up, we would spend our free time outside and to keep ourselves entertained were playing sports. In adulthood, exercising becomes a part of our busy schedules and work schedule. And we are not the only ones who spend a part of their time working out. 1. Leg Raise



The best thing about the sport is the fact that you won’t need to go to the gym for the next 6 months. But making you feel like you are achieving something is an added benefit. There is an exercise called the “Leg Raise” that is suitable for everyone from a beginner to a very advanced fitness enthusiast.

It’s better to start with your first leg raise and see how it is. I recommend you start with you first leg raise. You should be able to reach your goal within 5 minutes. However, if the exercise is not easy then you may want to take a break for a few minutes. After 1 to 2 minutes of rest, you should be able to reach your goal. If you would find it easy, you will be able to do the movement several times. After that, you will be able to come back to your first challenge.

2. Swimming



Swimming can be done by the person who has been playing for the past 15 or 20 years. Just get yourself in the water and start breathing in the water. And as soon as you start breathing out from the water you will start swum as if you were swimming in a lake.

When you start swimming, and after a few minutes, when you start breathing in again, you will dive to the end of the pool. The goal of swimming is to get in the water very quickly. Your body will be very easy to get out of the water that soon. And if you’re still swimming at the end of the pool, that is fine. 3. Yoga



You should perform a yoga practice if you are aged more than a minor. There are many different yoga moves like Posture Matcher, Lunges, Legs Up, etc. And yoga helps in detoxification of the body. When you start your yoga practice, you will start feel very relaxed and you will be able to stay in the yoga exercise for longer. In addition, yoga will also give you the energy to feel good while engaging in the sport activities.


This exercise has three steps;

Take a very deep breath in

Take some deep breathing out


You should start with the second yoga phase. After 3 minutes, take a deep breath in then take some deep breathing out. And try not to do the second yoga, instead take a deep breath in. However, make sure that you try to keep your body relaxed and relax your muscles. Only after practicing this for a few minutes do you should feel that you are very relaxed. You should try again after 5 minutes.
